With the Pearl package I will help you find a Wedding Venue suitable for you. I will also help you find suppliers and vendors to make your special day. I will use my knowledge and expertise to search for local suppliers and venues that will meet your requirements and budget. I will then provide you with a list of suitable suppliers and venues including their prices and then help you decide on your choice if desired.

The Diamond service is best for you if you require assistance only on your Wedding Day, an On the Day Co-ordinator. I will provide you with assistance and with the smooth running of your special day, thus helping you enjoy your special day. Three months prior to the wedding I will check all your suppliers/vendors and venue bookings are all on schedule and are aware of all your requirements and instructions, and any last minute changes that you may have.

I will also assist you with the Checklist and make sure all aspects have been covered. We will then go through our own checklists to make sure nothing has been overlooked and assist with any last minute details.

On your wedding day I we will manage the wedding party and liaise with your suppliers/vendors and make sure all goes to plan.

I will offer a bespoke wedding service around you and your budget, this service will be tailored to your special needs. This service will include all the above packages and much more.
This service will include:

• Assistance with your budget plan and sticking to it
• Unlimited phone call, e-mails 24/7 when required
• Helping you decide you colour scheme and theme
• Helping you choose the perfect Venue for the ceremony and/or reception site
• Assisting you in finding caterers, cake makers, wedding dress makers, florists, photographer, DJ, band (if required) , wedding transport, hair specialist, makeup artists, favours  and any other special requirements that you may have.
• Helping you with your guest list and invitations if required.
• Assisting in the seating plan.
• Assisting with the gifts list if required.
• Helping with finding accommodation for distant relatives if any.
• Help with the step by step timeline leading up to the wedding day.
